If you would like to place an order by phone, please contact 0035799901875 and we will be happy to assist you.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your orders to be processed if products are in stock, and 14-25 business days for any items that need to be made and processed.

ARAMEX COURRIER is the standard Domestic shipping method which may take up to 2 business days once shipped.

You are able to pay on delivery for domestic shipping, please email us for any online orders that you would like to process with the 'pay on delivery'

Il Black Box reserves the right to reject or refuse any orders placed that violates the site's terms and regulations.

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for lost/damaged items that may occur during transit. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address, once proof of delivery is provided, we are no longer responsible for the whereabouts of your package. 

International Policy

Most international orders do incur customs fees upon arrival to the destination, customers will be contacted via the shipping service to pay these dues in order to receive the package. We are not responsible for any custom fees upon arrival and all International shipping is subject to price change depending on Order Country.

Exchange Policy - Return Policy

We do not accept the return of an unused merchandise for store credit  All sales are final.

 

Repair Policy

We may repair damaged merchandise within 90 days of purchase. If the repair is authorized, shipping instructions will be provided. Please note additional repairs not under warranty are offered at a nominal repair fee.
